With over 20 years of experience across a range of industries and operating in every level of business from field operations to management, I've got a broad array of knowledge, skills, and abilities that allow me to understand and adapt to any type of business and deliver excellence on various types of projects.

I know the struggles of both the front-line employees and those of senior leadership, and throughout my career, I have often served as a liason to bridge the gap between the two and deliver outstanding results.

I've done everything from mechanical work and heavy equipment operation to leading large teams of employees from a management role. I've owned my own businesses and I've done contract work for many others. I am educated through experience and hard work, and I am driven by the principle that the biggest impact that you can have on the world is to help others achieve success.
